I have always loved photography, but it was more of a hobby than a passion. In 2010, my life was hit by several personal tragedies ~ my family rallied together and bought me my first dSLR camera to help me cope and get through the rough road that was ahead.

During this time, they helped me to see the potential that I had not seen ~ I had an ‘eye’ for photography. Through my family and friends and their constant, unwavering belief in me, I am on the road to accomplishing my dreams. Photography has become my passion!

As a photographer, we use the ‘negative’ to ‘develop’  Thanks to this wonderful quote by fellow artist ~ Marie Cardona ~ it gave me hope and courage to keep moving forward and fight the good fight…

I have come to believe that photography is this ~ To freeze a fraction of a moment in eternity and you will outwit time itself. Giving a message with neither a word nor a sound. When a moment passes, that moment is gone forever ~ impossible to reproduce ~ unless it is captured.
